Room 502/4/6, Tuesday afternoon
Apr. 3rd, 2007 12:18 pmNo classes, plus achiness and trauma from having been forced to keep playing her guitar for several hours the day before, meant Nadia slept in.
When she woke up, her hands were still cramping and her arms felt kind of like lead. Her shoulders were so sore that they'd tensed up her neck as well, and she could feel the beginnings of a headache. And let's not even get into how her throat felt.
She stumbled out of bed to go looking for some water, tripped over Furrball, and kind of decided that maybe staying on the floor might not be a bad idea for a bit.
Then Furrball pounced on her feet.
It was one of those days.
[ooc: open, especially to roommate types]

Date: 2007-04-03 05:20 pm (UTC)Honestly, her words weren't that much more intelligible when they weren't being directed at the floor. ". . . h'im ffiiine hir. Nidt wuht'her."
It wouldn't be so bad if half the syllables didn't keep trying to come out as just breathy H sounds. Stupid vocal chords.

Date: 2007-04-03 05:39 pm (UTC)She still had faint, purple lines on her fingertips from the strings. And bandaids on a few of them, as well.
