Room 507, Friday afternoon
Jan. 27th, 2006 04:07 pmNadia slept really, really late on Friday. She'd spent most of her night wandering around the dorms looking for Furball, and had come to the conclusion that he had probably somehow gotten outside.
And judging by the weather outside, that didn't bode well.
She spent a long time just sitting and staring out the window at the snow. She'd seen snow before, and didn't really have fond memories of it. Maybe, when it was nicer out, she'd go see if she could change those memories. After all, people on TV seemed to enjoy snow sometimes, making snow men and angels and stuff.
Of course, here in fandom, making a snow man would probably result in said snow man coming to life and going on a wacky rampage or something.
She grabbed some of the paper she'd picked up last night on her dorm walkabout and sat down at her desk. She wanted to get the missing cat posters done before she figured out if it was worth it to brave the snow to get to Caritas tonight. Maybe it would all be melted by the time she left?
Yeah, well, she was allowed to dream, wasn't she?
