Nadia wandered into Marty's room (which bore a startling resemblance to the inside of the TARDIS, only with more sixties influenced furniture) without bothering to knock.

"What'd you break this time, Santos?"

"Not much, really. Just Cally."

"Oh, well, so long as it was nothing important." Angela hit him with a large shell. "Ow! What was that for?"

"See, Nadia? It works really well."

Nadia nodded and went to speak, but Blair beat her to it. He was standing behind her, braiding a crystal into her hair. "You should try petitioning him first, you know."

"That's enough of that, Blair." Nadia shook her head at him.

"Remember the Doctor's orders, Nadia," Blair shook his head in return and, in fact, turned into the Doctor. "You have a Poorviewofyourimportance in the Livesofyourfriends. That's a very serious condition."

Nadia frowned. Marty and Angela started dancing the tango with some bald guy in glasses carrying cheese slices. "I just punched a door."

The Doctor raised an eyebrow. "Well, they all love you now. You've got to be careful."

Nadia looked around. Pippi was making out with someone in the corner of the room. In the other corner, Alphonse was flipping through a book and muttering about magic.

Jamie was still twitching on the floor.

She shook her head again, more urgently this time. "I didn't ask them to!"

"Didn't you?"

"I don't want them to!"

"Don't you?"

"I just want to go home!"

"Ah." The Doctor frowned. "Well, I'm afraid you can't do that again. You might as well just adjust."

Nadia groaned in frustration and turned around to punch another door--

--and she woke up in Walter's bed.

That was something that was much more fun to do when Walter was also in it.

She sighed, rolled onto her back, and stared at the ceiling for awhile, wondering if Jamie was done twitching yet.
