Room 507, Tuesday morning
Apr. 4th, 2006 09:39 amNadia woke up with a curse on her lips and only the vague mental image of blurred figures in moonlight to explain why.
She was still feeling rather shaky everything that had happened, but she had a feeling that if she didn't go do something, something outside of her room, she really would lose it completely, and end up hiding out here for the rest of her life.
Walter looked like he was still asleep. Lord knew, he deserved all the rest he could get, after keeping an eye on her all day yesterday. She dressed quietly, scribbled a quick note saying she'd gone to the gym, and slipped barefoot out the door.
Her boots, she suspected, were long gone, unless Walter had hidden them to polish them, or something.
